Our Team is coordinated by the firm's founder, Lawyer Lu\u00edsa Filipa Ramalho Vilhena, graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. The Team is made up of Lawyers, Trainee Lawyers and Solicitors, in addition to our Administrative Assistants and Forensic Employees, being a united and multifaceted body, focused on pragmatic and innovative solutions.<\/p><p><br \/>We have extensive experience in various branches of Private Law, namely, Real Rights, Registries and Notary, Cadastral Regulations, Horizontal Property, and Public Law, namely, Tax Law (in terms of heritage), Expropriation, Land Management Law, Urban Planning, Urban Rehabilitation, Administrative, Fiscal and Administrative Offences. We rely on the articulation of Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and other professionals in the urban area, with a view to the famous and qualitative implementation of the Projects we
